                         high waisted skinny jeans..jennifer and claudia,who wore them the best??u decide...im so gonna get this high waisted skinny jeans for my chinese new year...and of course if you wanna wear high waisted pants make sure its with heels...a big no no if u wear wif flats...saw one girl during new year eve at holiday inn and she was wearing high waisted  short pants and she wore it wifh her flat pump...looks so wrong but oh well ive seen worst :D
